Our History
Denver Virtual Office got started back in 2016. When the pandemic happened in 2020, small businesses got hit hard, but our doors remained open. We knew we had to keep going, for our clients and for ourselves. It was grueling, but we’re still here and kicking today—not only that, we’re better than ever.
From our humble beginnings, we’ve expanded beyond registered agent service to provide company formation, mail scanning (digital mail forwarding), and virtual office, along with an array of additional filings (DBA/trade name, EIN, trademarks).

We email you a reminder 100 days before your due date, letting you know that we’ll file your report in a week. After a week file on your behalf so you don’t miss the deadline ($100 plus state fees). If you don’t want the service, simply cancel in your online account.
